Yea so jus picked my car up from my mechanic to get some codes scanned, three lights on the dash were on, the VSA, ABS, and TRACTION Light. for the most most part they remained on all the time, however sometimes in the morning when id start the car they wouldnt go on until an hour or so of driving, this only happened a few times, the other time they stayed on, anyways read through some stuff on here thought it was gonna be an abs wire or sensor on one of the wheels from reading others problems, however they told me five codes popped up, 2 were clearable but the other three couldnt be fixed, they said it wasnt any of the sensors or wires but from the diagnostics they ran they said i need a new control unit. about a $1500 jo after all the tests and install and unit itself. so after coming back home and rying to find the unit myself im seeing a few control units, im guessing they meant a brake system control unit? anyone out there familiar with this problem or had this done before? much rather do it myself and save a shitload of money!
