Anyone have the issue where the driver's seat only sporadically returns to the saved position upon starting the car?

I've tried a new battery in the fob and setting a new position, but as of the last couple months, it seems totally random as to when the car decides to return the driver's seat to the saved setting upon starting.

Any known fixes?

 

Just started to have the same problem, haven't brought it to the dealer yet.

 

I had that problem. Somewhat after it started happening the auto idle stop began having problems restarting. Bottom line is that the battery was failing. Got it replaced and have not had any problems since.
