Dual climate control is not right!!!

Hello everyone and Good afternoon. I have been having issues with the temperature in my 2016 TLX. I usually have it on sync and the air blows out cold on drivers side and warm on the passenger side. I took it in a month ago and they replaced a door module but it is still acting up and I took it in and they said they find no error codes. I took a couple of vids using a thermometer and showing the difference of 8 degrees from driver to passenger air vents. Does anyone know what it could be? And what should I do?

If I remember correctly it factors in GPS and sun position. Not sure if that's it since should only be on occasion.

Mechanics these days, if the computer doesn't find an error code then it must be working fine. Obviously one of the dampers is not working properly. They either replaced the wrong one, didn't do it correctly, or perhaps there is a leak somewhere in the vacuum lines. Try a different service department.
