Ahhh. Well there is our misunderstanding.
We are talking about a TLX here so I think most of us figured you were talking about raising the rear of that TLX to look like what you did back in the day.
Different cars call for different stance. A muscle car ids at home with rake. You need it sometimes. With a FWD car it's not a big deal man.
P.S. Still waiting for you to show me where I dogged on muscle cars.

"I think rake looks far worse than being even and low. "
But I was just f'n with you anyway. I don't know how this took the turn it did when I referring to how our cars looked back in the '70's and how cars look now (as to what is cool)

And saying I dont like something is better than saying it's just a trend that will die.

Thanks! + video
Wow! Thanks for a warm welcome to the forum guys! Great to see how much talk these pictures generated. I do apologize though to Mike Chan, the person behind this build. I did not intend to steal the spotlight he deserves nor make it appear to be my vehicle, though that sure would be nice!
Some of the shots were pulled from other Instagram accounts as well, and after seeing this done by other users in the past when the spy shots began to emerge, I thought why not. Regardless, Mike you did a phenomenal job coordinating this build and in turn helping create some excitement and awareness for the TLX! I love Vossen rims and have been eagerly waiting for something like this to be put together.
Here is a sneak peek clip posted on Vossen's Instagram page just a few minutes ago for their upcoming YouTube video
