Not sure if Acura continued along with the same menus or way to access, but you can try this which works on other models and generations - https://acurazine.com/forums/audio-b...ed-nav-822769/

This has been mentioned several times in this forum. Using search should find it, but to be nice...

Hold down nav back and menu. When in diag mode hold menu for 5 seconds. I think that is it.

My TLX is the base model without the NAV features, so without the Nav button, what is the button to use instead ? ;-)

In case demercie hasn't figured out the method yet, I suspect it will be identical to the non-NAV Accord method describe in this post here:

Does anyone have the button sequence to get to the menu for non-tech TLX's? It has not been posted here yet.

Arrow Could this be the sequence for base model?

Saw this posted on TLXforums.com ...

For base units (ie w/o nav):
Hold back+menu+audio to get to first menu.
Hold enter to get to second menu.
Find anc and turn off.

Not sure if it works since I have a Tech I4.
Please let us know if this works.

Only use I have seen is to turn off the ANC (noise cancellations) feature. I tried it and did not really notice a difference, but the "golden ears" people say there have noticed a significant difference. There is a potential for inadvertently messing up some other setting and causing a problem that will cost you to fix it.

I have heard rumors both ways about whether you can cause damage or not. Unfortunately there is little to no documentation to be found. Sound say you can cause damage, some say you cannot. Some even say it a temporary setting that gets reset on next startup.

Still best to be careful.

I just needed to get the ANC set to off.

Did it stay off after you restarted the car?

Yes, I tried going into the developer menu and turned ANC off in my V6 base. I drove the car around for a few days, went back into the developer menu, and the ANC is still selected as being set to OFF. I can take a picture of it if anyone needs it, but it does stay off

Yes, confirmed here as well. ANC sticks to NO day after day, no reset.

I turned it off but didn't hear any difference, is there something else people are doing? I see so many posts where people say its a huge change in sound but I have no idea what they're talking about. Even with ANC off the stereo still sounds flat...

I did this on my 2017 TLX base. then I saw two option to select and on top right is Return. Not sure where to select for step #2. Or once, i'm in the first menu, don't use rotatory but just put and hold the enter to get second menu? Thanks
