Does anyone know how to swap out the bulbs in the puddle lamps located in the side mirrors? They're not mounted behind the mirrors themselves, they're underneath the 'arm' that connects the mirror housing to the car body (that's the best way I can describe it lol) so it seems like it might be tricky to get to... Could they be popped out with a screwdriver or something?

 

What's the matter with it? Does it flicker?

 

Nothing wrong with them as such - I would like to swap them for cooler and possibly brighter LED bulbs if possible...

 

When I say 'cooler' I mean a cooler color temperature white light - just an aesthetic preference I suppose!

 

Got it, let me know if you can find that, if not leave it alone, not broke, don't fix

 

I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of that yellowish light. A bluish/white like the one from rear license plate would look nice.

 

Where can you get those white lights to replace?

 

The driver puddle lamp flickers, probably need to replace it?

 

I'm not sure what kind of bulbs are used - I'd need to be able to get the bulb out to see it... I did take a closer look yesterday and noticed a small hole near the bulb on the underside of the side mirror - I might try sticking a paperclip in there to see if it'll release the bulb housing. Due to the position of the hole I don't think I could maneuver a screwdriver into it, as it's pretty close to the side of the door.
