Bluetooth phone issue

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

When I get an incoming call, I use the steering wheel connect button. But there is no sound. My iphone says its connected to the bluetooth. I have to use the dial to transfer call to private and then transfer it back to bluetooth for it to work. Using the dial to answer the call works just fine. The problem is with using the steering wheel answer button.

Using iphone6 on 8.3.

Thanks.

I have an Iphone and I've been using it without any problems since I got my car. There's a lot of settings that allow you to customize your audio and other driver features. I'll have to check more, but I know there's a volume adjustment for the handsfree and computer. This doesn't help you immediately, but if you take a quick look through the manual, it will probably point you in the correct direction.

Not sure if this answers your question, but I found it in the Nav manual:

The problem is when the phone is connected to bluetooth and I get an incoming call, I press the "answer" button on the steering wheel. The call connects but no audio is playing through the car speakers (even with increasing the volume). When I look on the iphone output it says connected to the "handfree link"

When I answer the call using the touch pad the call connects and I can hear the other person on the phone through the car speakers. This way works perfectly normal.

The dealer should be able to assist you. This might be better solved in person than over a post.
