Worldwide Variations?

Where else but USA and Canada is the TLX (or rebranded TLX) sold? In these places, how do they compare?

I understand that the Canadian version has features not found in the USA, like rear heated seats, headlamp washers, bigger washer reserve tank, etc. I wonder what chances we have in adding some of these features after the fact.

The Russian version is premiering on the 29th of August... http://acura.ru/tlx/

The only word I could figure out is КОМФОРТ. I am sure there will be updates with specs and pricing at that web site too.

Yeah, in the United States, the Acura TLX is also called the Honda Accord.

I believe it will be sold in China. I seem to recall seeing a photograph of a test mule in China, and the Acura brand has been introduced there. Last month I saw an enormous new Acura dealership in the Chengdu automall, and I bet it will have the TLX soon.

The RLX is sold in Australia as the Honda Legend. Might be sold in other countries but AFAIF the TL/TLX is US, Canada, China & now maybe Russia.

Actually, it isn't. Australia is still getting the previous generation of the Legend (RL).

With concern to other markets, Japan should be getting the RLX Hybrid (as a Legend) soon.

Honda has already released the RLX/Legend in Japan. Will be exported to Australia unless they have a change of heart due to poor sales of the RL version.

Strangely the RLX isn't available as the Legend at Honda Japan's site either although everything was in the works for a June 2014 release I had heard. Perhaps there was a delay or there isn't enough inventory just yet to officially add it. Don't know about AU, would imagine Japan gets it first or launches at the same time. We've seen delays in the hybrid version, wonder it that has anything to do with it?

Interesting, wonder what caused the delay?
