A lot of people post fake stuff on the Internet. I guess they have way too much time on their hands. I guess in August or September we will know for sure once Acura releases 2016 tlx.

Since the Accord hybrid is off the market for a year while they tune the powertrain, perhaps they could release a TLX hybrid with that new powertrain next year as well.

I ended up getting the 4 cyl tech package

I think car makers should focus on making electric cars as that is the future

Acura could probably make a competitor to the model 3 or whatever tesla is delaying until 2018

The problem is that the hybrid powertrain requires a lot more space for the motors and battery. If the TLX was not designed to provide provisions for that space, a hybrid TLX is likely a non-starter in this generation. Maybe they did, but if that was the case you'd think we'd be hearing something about it officially. They would not design for it an not use it. One would think anyway....

I'd love a 2018 TLX hybrid in a 2nd gen car. My lease runs out in 2018 and I'd probably jump on that car immediately if it were available.
