Question Self diagnostic mode

Hi Guru's.

I came across this youtube vid about the audio.

Anyone knows how to access the self diagnostic mode? I know this will only be significant changes to the base (I4, V6) owners. I think this will make a significant change to the audio. For those that still at work and can't access the video, it has something to do with the DSP. And owners of the Accord has said that this really changes the sound.

Hope someone here knows. I really want to try this.

TIA

If you have a Tech or higher (Navigation), it should be exactly the same method as the Accord with Nav. If you don't have Nav, there's some uncertainty about the method.

Many of us tried going into diagnostic mode to disable ANC, but found it just reset itself/turned back on once the car was turned off and restarted. I don't know if any changes you make will stick, but we used this thread as a guide :

dang. well, thank you!
I am not gonna do it then if it keeps on resetting. I actually like the sound system on the base models. I don't know how big of a difference between ELS and base. So kinda wondering if the DSP will make an improvement.

Oh well, thanks guys!

I asked this question on the other forum and someone answered it.

For base units (ie w/o nav):
Hold back+menu+audio to get to first menu.
Hold enter to get to second menu.
Find anc and turn off.
