Just wondering how accurate the information the TLX posts about oil %? I've been at 90% for all of my first 1200 miles. At this rate, I wouldn't need an oil change for a long long time.
At what percentage/mileage have other owners had their oil changed?

Per my driving car is recommending changes every 9500-10,000 miles

I change it at 20%

It needs/recommends a change at 12 months, even if the oil change monitor isn't down to 20%.

I was in the same boat, I had 1,000 miles and it was still at %100. A few miles later it dropped to %90. I think it may move in %10 increments and I do believe that we should have it changed at least at the end of the first year.

I would imagine that a lot of the oil life is based on driving habits, weather, and other conditions.

yep. That's what I did to Accord too.

My first oil change was at 6559 miles and I just did my 2nd change at 13,133 miles (B1).


And yes, it moves in 10% increments.

I have driven very little highway of my 4,000 kilometres (over 2400 miles). I am getting about 600 miles per 10%, which is good for city driving.
