Please share what dealer accessory you added to your TL and how much did it cost for the Part and the labor separately.

I have gotten the following quotes: Feel free to add on.

Aero-kit: $1595 + $405 Labor = $2000
Deck Lid Spoiler: $397 + $153 Labor = $550
Fog Lights: $650 + $250 Labor = $900

 

Contact one of our vendors and see if you can get better pricing.

 

Please be aware of the deck lid spoiler issues some of us have experienced.

I did read about them and will keep that in mind before taking delivery of the car. Its crazy how Acura hasn't found a permanent solution to this.

The first sub-forum I check before getting in to my new car is always the " Problems and Fixes" one. :-)

 

Ouch....pricing looks high.

 

You will be amazed how much markup they have been charging. I got all the above accessories for $2200.

 

What state are you in that has these Prices?

Didn't get anything cosmetic. Got the spare tire kit, trunk mat and cargo hooks.

 

Can you share a pic of the Spare Tire install?

Well, it seems as though I can add my car to the list of incorrectly installed decklid spoilers. It looked OK when I picked it up last Saturday and when I went to get it from the detailers I didn't notice anything unusual. After I got it home I noticed the adhesive on the leading edge has started working loose. I contacted the dealer and they said bring it back and they'll look at it. Not too psyched about the 2 1/2 hour roundtrip with a multiple hour wait while they "try" to fix it.

I'll keep you guys posted, but I think it's normally an issue with the fit on the trailing edge near the back of the car. I don't know if this is the first on this side of the spoiler but I do know I'm less than happy about it.

They come pre painted from the factory.
