LED Fog Light Question

So as some of you may know I have a TLX V6 Tech, thats obviously without the fog lights. The LED headlights are truly amazing, but my question is to anyone with fog lights, during normal nighttime driving do they make much of a difference in total brightness? In my TSX turning the fog lights on, even when their wasn't any fog, made my headlights seam much brighter. I'm considering ordering the LED fog light package from my Acura dealership but if they don't make much difference i'm not sure if its worth it. Any thoughts?

I think it's more about making the car look aggressive. You get a little more light about 20 feet out from the car but the jewel eye headlights are so good they don't need anything extra. FYI they don't stay on with the daytime running lights. I wish they did though.

I added them on to my 4 cylinder Tech. I notice very little difference in terms of driver visibility. I just like them from a style perspective.

In my opinion fog lights don't ever make a real useable difference unless they are yellow. I always make sure to use yellow bulbs/HIDs and they can actually do something in the fog. White lights do little more than fill in a bit. Otherwise they're just for looks. Particularly in the form of this LED fog light.

But they sure make the car look better. So what's better for your dollar? Looks or function?

I'm thinking of doing the same - you got them installed at the dealer? Do you mind me asking what was the total cost with install?

I'm having them put on my Tech SH-AWD. They provide visibility right around the front of the car but they definitely look cool. Go for it, you won't regret it.

I got them on my Tech 4..look great but can't see much if any difference when they are on . The LED 's really light up the road.
But then again, I'm all about style!!..))..over $800 installed in Canada...waste of money, except for the look, in my opinion...YMMV

Good to know, I've decided I am going to get them, along with the rear lip spoiler and body side moldings, and window tint. Not sure yet when I will do all this, maybe ill wait a little while and let it all be a Christmas gift to myself.
