I'm awaiting delivery of my TLX (V6 SH-AWD Advance) within a few days. I've secured a pre-approval of 1.99% for 60 months through AAA (a lender they partner with), but will likely pay it off in 36-40 months (went with 60 months for flexibility and only simple interest). I'm doing approx. 20% down plus trade-in. If the dealer can match that interest rate via American Honda Finance or similar (pretty sure they will), I'll get it through them just because they'll handle all the paperwork on site and it's an easier/quicker process.

Your particular deal will vary greatly depending on trim level, availability and level of patience. It's relative and not a one size fits all answer.
