My 2010 MDX had roadside assistance with services similar to AAA but free for 4 years.

If you get roadside assistance on a Honda, then Acura damn well better have it too.

 

All Acura's come with 4 year/50,000 mile roadside assistance that will tow you to the nearest dealer if they can't get it running/repaired for you on the spot. This will extend if you purchase the Acura Care extended warranty to the term limits on your policy. The phone number in the US is (800) 594-8500, and they will just need the VIN number when you call (and mileage if it is available).

 

There's an app, too, separate from the AcuraLink app. They'll also mail you a couple wallet cards after purchase.
