Finally picked it up last night . After weeks of sleepless sleep apnea nights and restless sweaty S. Florida days... .. Back to the Acura brand after briefly stepping out my last ride.
Got some great folks on this forum and hopefully some of you remember me from the 3G sub-forum. Can't wait to be an active member of Acurazine once again !
LOL at you wussies thinking 35 degrees is cold. It's been in the single digits or teens most of the winter here, even had a few minus days.
HAHA! It's funny how that works.. here in Houston, it gets to 40 and people are freezing. I am still in short sleeves at that temp unless it is raining or the wind blowing hard.. but many wear their coats under 50 degrees.. it's all relevant and what you are acclimated to.
Great colour combo and kit additions. Like you I came back after a year away from Acura and love the TLX. If I lived in a warm climate like you, I may have opted for the kit and not the SH-AWD, but it comes in handy here.
Congrats on your new car. It's a beautiful color and even though it's a different color than mine, I've noticed that they all look great. Had I not been dead set on black, I think the white and graphite luster would have been just as gorgeous. I've really not seen the other colors up close to be sure, but from the photos I see they all look fantastic.
Btw, it's -4F here now with a -20F wind chill. I didn't want to get a new car only to run from it to get inside ASAP, but I'm so ready to get mine from the detailer. He called and said I can pick it up Friday morning. I'll try to take some picutres after the Opti-coat and post them when I can.
Thank you all ! Will be posting more pictures which I take over the weekend. Still need to get it tinted. I love to leave it as the interior looks awesome when you walk past the car but then I don't have the strength to bear the S.Fl sun specially my 2 year old...

It's funny cause all the previous cars I have had were Blue, Brown, Black, Silver, Pearl White and then Black again... Wifey suggested the Graphite Luster, but the sad fact that it was offered with the Espresso interior just killed that idea... It wasn't until I went through the photo gallery on this forum that I found out what the BCP actually look like. I won't lie, Stew4HD's car was the one that made me fall in love with the combo ! I actually waited 2 days for the dealer to get it for me lol... They even tried to sell me a CBP with Espresso with all the accessories I wanted for $10 cheaper a month
