I have a 2010 TL SH-AWD Technology and need snow tires. My stock tires are 245/45r18... will the following tires and rims work on my car?
Size 245/45/19 H rated.. Alloys size 19 x 8.5 with a 76mm bore (hub) & a +20 offset..(lug pattern 5x120).
I know they fit BMW 5,6,7 series not sure about my TL. Thank you!

No it would not fit. Honda/Acura have a very high offset 40+. Anything less the wheels will stick out and will be a snow slinger. Not to mention it will rub the fender. But why a bigger wheel/tire for snow? You want thicker sidewall with narrow tread to cut through snow.

17" or 18"s wheels/tires for snow is better, atleast for a sedan

Tires are almost an inch too big in overall diameter too.
