Cool Rim question here

I am thinking about getting an MDX. I have the 2009 TL 5 spoke 18" OEM wheels.

Can i use them on the MDX? Will the MDX break those rims?

oh make sure you check out the navi on the mdx.. last time i got a 2010 mdx loaner... the navi was super slow, choppy and wasnt as sharp and fast as the TL. you might want to look at that..

My girlfriend is expecting so major life change. Not to mention the car. I wonder if i should just go for the SH-AWD TL with the advanced packaged instead of the MDX. I test drove the 2011 MDX tech and it seemed big and hollow to me. Very roomy and strong.

I have to change my car anyways.

yes i am but whatever I have more important things to think about now.

I fear the MPG's that the MDX has opposed to the TL. Even if i go for the SH-AWD TL it still looks like it can beat the MDX.

MDX's mpg will always be lower than TL! It's a big SUV man. Get the Lexus RX350 for your girlfriend like mine

to me i love the MDX than RX350
both of my sisters has the 2011 RX350 and MDX.
the MDX interior is much nicer and more space + 3rd row seat. RX=$= MDX

I believe they will fit, however the MDX comes with 18's, so it wont be an upgrade unless you dont like the OEMs.

Sky I'm sure you can fit a family of 3 in a TL :P I also love the MDX but the mpg on it is terrible.

I also like the 08 beak more than present one.

I am starting to like the MDX but those damn MPG's are a killer. I might have to leave acura just for that. Then I realize that Acura has the best SH-AWD system in the world. What to do, what to do.

My family is 4 in total. My wify has a son.

To anyone interested,
I am thinking of starting a "Fresh,Custom rims" business, the likes no one has seen before! I need to feel out people that have inside scoops on rim manufacturing, chroming and design. I have a set of Asanti's on my 2010 awd, tech TL. Get compliments all the time!! I would like to take it a light-year ahead! It will be a ground floor oppurtunity. Any interest, you can email me:

Mr. Skytech, I have an MDX and it's a beautiful car. The ride is awesome and like everyone, the MPG is bad. If you decide to sell your 09 wheels, let me know as I'm planning on getting a base TL.

By the way, the stock MDX rims are nice!

Mitch, he ended up getting another 12' TL in a different color and uses the 09' 18's as his summer set.
