No too shabby at all, very clean looking. Are they concave with lip? They don't appear to be concave but the lip plus the fact the 5-spoke is not set back leads me to think they are.

You are right, I'd like to lower it 1-1.5". I'm thinking Tein Basics... The only problems is, that's my daily driver and I don't want sacrifice ride quality...

Those are the concave look, but not really concave wheels. The only way to get them concave is 10.5... I always liked the five spoke "clean look". I almoste got Vossen CV3, but then I saw these... I got Nitto's 555's on and so far I like the way they feel. Little heavier then stock 18's(It's FWD Advance). Definitely happy the way they turn out.

8.5 wide is a little weak!!
other than that the style of the rims look good with your car!

Now drop her!

I was thinking 9's, but after talking to the guy at the Tire place I changed my mind. Not that much wider, just extra weight. Those are 28 lbs a piece already... Imo they look wide enough.

Nice clean looks,i like the 8.5" and have the same width on my car, would not go any wider and sacrifice ride of the car but that's just me,so i think you made a wise choice

Thanks!

Karkraze - I was worried that 8.5 will be to narrow, but I think it fits perfect! Is yours dropped?

H&R springs,it retains most of the stock ride but with improved handleing,i was only looking for a mild drop and this suited my purposes quite well

Btw it was driving a 2012 sh with those springs that convinced me to go that route as well

I'm right there with you. I don't want to lower my car for that exact reason. It's just not worth it IMO. Sure it looks great in pics but I don't want to have to worry when driving that I'm going to damage something because I went over a bump too fast or didn't go down a slope at the right angle. I also have the underbody spoiler kit which would put it even lower.

Your wheels are probably still concave, just not a deep concave. Mine are the same way. I didn't want to put forth the extra effort and $$$ to go with 10.5" wide. Plus with a +35 offset they are perfectly flush. I even had to roll my rear fenders due to the 255 width tires I chose.

No kiddin. I spoke with my Acura parts guy and he told me the same thing. Don't mess with the stock suspension... Sure it looks great, but... He wants to hook me up with the factory underbody spoiler kit - $1500 for everything - installed. Is that a good deal?

I'm not sure if that's a good price or not. I was fortunate enough to get mine at no charge due to some issues I had upon receipt of my CPO.

Bernardi's site has all four pieces totaling $1,300 (excluding shipping), but I feel like I've seen others on here who have gotten it cheaper.

Good luck!

You can get the full kit for around $850 shipped from the sponsors on here. Got mine from Tim.

Brothers maybe, not quite twins I went with 19x8.5 Ace Alloy Couture wheels.
