20" lightweight, hubcentric and great ride tires.

Like the title states I'm looking for 20" wheels that are going to fit proper no vibrations and tire that perform and ride great. Going on a 2012 sh-awd. Fishing for suggestions.

Wheels: There is no such thing as a lightweight 20" wheel. With the exception of a few, they all weight in at around 30lbs.

Lightest good wheel in 20" on the TireRack is this Enkie Lusso (27lbs)

Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus 245/35/20

All for around $2,000

EDiT: My bias has come into play here as I love the tuning-fork spoke look and Enkie wheels. There are many other brands to choose from. If you went with a 19" wheel you would find many more lighter options. Remember each 1lb of unsprung weight equals about 8lbs of rolling resistance on this car.

19" Breyton on my RDX (23lbs each)

If you want lightweight 20's - I think you'll need to go forged.

What do you consider light weight? Its all relative, for example the OEM 19" HPTs are over 30lbs, when I found 26lb 20"s I like, I got excited and considered them lightweight; although I know JnC (a member here) has 21lb 20"s.

If you want 20"s in the low 20lb range you need to go forged. HRE (cost well over 1k a rim), Forgestars not as light but also not as expensive, BBS, Volks, Ron Jon (forged)...

RonJon Wheels are dedicated to Honda and more specifically Acura, Hubcentric and specs that clear both the brakes and fenders with or without a lowered suspension. Our 20" LPC wheels weigh about 27 lbs each on average. Check here for some weights of our wheels compared with OEM:

I installed a set of TSW's (Rotory Forged) wheels and they are 20's and weighted in at 24 pounds each if I remember correctly. Not bad considering that they cost me less than $250 each. They even came with nice aluminum hub centric rings in the package. I'm very happy to say the least.

The Harrow 20's on the RonJon site is sweet! Do you have to lower your car? Are there any pic's I can see on their site that do not have their cars lowered? I really do not want to lower the ride, I just got her Is this car lowered? It looks sweet!!!

I've seen the Harrows in person - they are really stunning, they are one of the few wheels that gave me buyers remorse.

now would be a good time to buy them, we are making another set for another customer, we could make 8 wheels at once.

So could I pull the TPMS sensors out of my 18"s and put them on the RJ 20" rims?

Yes, but if you plan on using your 18"s in the winter the cost of having to re mount your tires to swap TPMS will eventually be greater than the cost of just buying a second set of TPMS.

If you want to reuse the TPMS sensors, you also need to replace the rubber grommet for a leak proof seal.

Not worth the trouble, it's better to buy another set of sensors.

I really like these wheels with out the optional inserts. Is there anymore pics on a "12 TL besides whats already posted on your site? Perhaps with out a drop? Also is it possible to attach the OEM Acura center cap on the wheel?
