What 2012 TL "electrical" problem per Consumer Reports?

What 2012 TL "electrical" problem per Consumer Reports?
Just looked at the April CR car issue and noted than the only negative rating on the '12 TL, in an otherwise stellar set of ratings, was a black circle (below average) issued the TL in the "electrical" category.
What are they referring to? I know when I used to drive BMWs that a similar electrical problem was rated down for the 330 series I used to prefer. My cars actually shut down running due to a bad fuse, hence, the car's electrical problem CR gave the 330 series. Does anyone know what CR refers to in the TL case?

The only electrical problem I can think of is either a blown speaker or the Acura batteries just not being great and having to be replaced often unless you opt for an aftermarket battery.
