TPMS Valve Leak - Help Please!

My 2009 Acura TL FWD with 110,000KM has the rear passenger side TPMS valve leaking air slightly and over about 3 weeks time the tire pressure will drop significantly (have filled it 3 times to watch it come down, and a body shop yesterday sprayed some soapy solution on it and it was bubbling).

Question is,

1; what exactly do I need here? a full TMPS including a nut and washer, or just a valve, or what?

2; I am in Toronto, Canada - whats my best option, should I buy new? used? what website? dealer? etc.

I saw this guy locally having one, should I go for this? Is this even the correct part?

Any help would be great please so I can get this sorted out with a smallest cost possible

If it is just the valve seat sealing problem, there is an OEM rebuild kit available from the dealerships.

Try tightening the nut a little more and see if that solves the problem. If not, then get a rebuild kit like Edward suggested.

there's something called a schrader valve in the tire stem.
this little tiny valve is what leaks.
tighten it or replace it.
go to a tire shop and they'll have millions of them laying around. be friendly and strike up convo with a worker and have them install it for free.
only takes like 5 sec.s

How do you tighten it? Do I need a special tool?

YES, but you can purchase the tool at any auto-parts store, or just have any tire shop do it for you.
