Taillights problem

The dealer has replaced my tailights for the 3rd time. The taillights were filled with moisture. It was not the kind of moisture that resulted from a condensation. You have to see it from a specific angle. It is located on the other side of the plastic housing. I looks like the plastic housing was melting from the top, and you still can see tiny water drops.
I thought it was my car only, but I went to the autoshow and stopped by acura booth. All Tls are having the same problem, including the ones at the dealership. Im not sure if that has something to do with the humidity in houston. The dealer ship is trying to find the solution.
