Remove Gear Shift plastic area in 2013 TL

Does anyone know how to remove the piece of plastic surrounding the gear shift in 2013 TL? The piece of plastic that covers the P,R,D,S numbers? right below the storage area.

if anyone could provide a link, or just explain it if you have done it before would help me. hopefully dont have to remove entire center console.

here is the area i am talking about:

Ok, let me do the homework for you.

Go to page 20-108, and you'll find the instructions on how to properly take apart the gear shift center console.
