Need help to name this part?

Not sure where this leaking Could be coming from?

Is this from heat or discoloration from leak?
Hi everyone,
I was really hoping someone can help me name this part and problem. I have a 2010 TL SH-AWD with 88k on it. Just replaced plugs the plugs, pcv, oil, oil filter, brake fluid flush, and while I was under the car I notice this. Can anyone tell me what this could be? It would be much appreciated before I have to take it to the stealership UGH!

I found a pic online of how mine should look like but mine appears to be a little crispy.
This is what it should look like not leaky or crispy?

Where do you think this fluid is coming from?
What do you think about the leak?
