Need help. 09 TL will not shut off!!!

My wife tried to turn TL off but it would not work even with the key fob. She is still driving home so I need to figure something out when she gets home if it still won't shut off.

I would appreciate any suggestions!!!!!

Thanks,

Kevin

Just turn the knob counterclockwise on the steering column, I think. That's how it worked on the fully equipped RL that I got for a loaner once.

To tell you the truth I am not sure. My wife came home and I tried to shut it off but no luck so I pushed the button 4-5 times quickly and it shut off. Also the VSA and ABS had problems due to the snow/wet. The next morning the car started fine and the VSA/BSA errors had gone away. Go figure!

I meant to say with the key fob inserted.

If you just hold the button down for more than 3 seconds it will turn off no matter what the issue is.
