Loose Windows??

I have had my 09 TL Tech for about 2 months now. LOVE IT....butttt recently I have been noticing my windows, when left down about halfway, are very very loose. You can clearly see/hear them bump and click when shutting the door..has any other TL owners experienced this? Maybe this is just the way the car is made but I never noticed it before the other day. Any recomondations??

My drivers window is like that. There's a TSB out on it. Got my car booked in for the 16th for service and other fixes including the window. Let you know what I find out.

Yes , mine is doing same thing almost since the begining.
I didn't pay too much attention to that as my old 3G was doing same thing and I thought this is the way how is done.

If somebody has a TSB number please let us know as I didn't see anything about that on the TSB list from this site.

Same here. I noticed it a while ago and I just say to myself, that's the way they are. If there is a TSB, please post link or number. I'm not sure if I'll bring it in for a fix if it requires dismantling the door panel. More chances of it being put back with problems like squeaks and rattles.

This TSB addresses 3 problems with the window. Look at symptom 3.

I don't think this TSB addresses the OP's issue. It's not when the window is MOVING up/down that it's making the noise. Symptom 3 starts off with "During operation..."

Try this. Roll your driver's side window down (or up) to half way. Don't move the window any more. Now open and close the door. The glass sounds/feels like it's loose when the door shuts. Thus the "click" that the OP said. The window is static and not moving - other than the vibration from the slamming door.

How can we view the link you posted? I hear a strange sound like something is catching or something when the window is going up and down. Its on the drivers side.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Honda has removed our access to the bulletins.

I don't know if or when we will ever be able to access them.

I will open the thread and change this notice if we regain our access.
