Location of HFL

Wondering if anyone knows where the hfl is in 2009+ tl's. Have a phantom battery drain and want to disconnect it to see if its the culprit like in the 3G tl's

Maybe, will have to check. Also have an aftermarket car starter that might be the problem. Doubt it though. Just had the battery checked from where I purchased it and it was good. Thats why I am assuming its the hfl bluetooth module. Checked out the charging system with my multimeter and it all checked out. Hate this electrical bs.

So using my multimeter and watching the amperage draw (which was about 230ma, in the unacceptable range) I started to pull fuses and watch the multimeter. I started with the fuse box under the hood and as soon as I pulled fuse #15 (which is the "backup 10A" fuse) my draw was reduce to 10ma which is in the green range. Which is the fuse for audio, hfl/bluetooth, interior lights and a few other accesories. So pretty sure its the hfl if I could find it...

I know that in the 3g it was located in the overhead console where the sunglass holder is. Not sure if it's in the same spot in the 4g but don't see a reason for them to have moved it. I had it replaced in my 3g when I had it for the reason you stated.

Ya I checked there thoroughly and was nowhere to be seen. Tried a dealer, said they would call me back but never did. Warranty is up as well.

Tested the amp draw with remote modules plugged in and unplugged and there was little to no change. Still convinced its the hfl. Going to see the service manager today and maybe he can tell me where it is.

Were you able to find the location?
My HFL button doesn't do anything and I can't connect my phone.
I'm assuming it's the HFL unit, but can't find anything on the internet.
Thanks,
Josh

Thanks for the reply.
This exploded view is kind of difficult to understand.
Is the module behind the center console or near the glove compartment?
Thanks
