Help needed! Loud clicking in upper engine

I have a 4G SH-AWD J37, has 90,000 and for the most part runs great. When its at rest, in gear, for approximately 5 minutes it starts with a very loud clicking noise that seems to be coming from upper part of engine. The clicking does not seek to be symmetrical or have a rhythm to it. It stops as soon as I put it in neutral or park. I’m able to recreate this almost every time at 5 minutes. Then after driving at normal speeds it goes away and runs totally normal. Just had timing belt replaced because I was hoping that was part of issue, but no luck . Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Btw it’s definitely not the “normal” valve train ticking typical with Honda/Acura, this is very loud and unhealthy sounding, I will try to post video

Submit a video of it so we can hear the noise

I tried but it doesn’t seem to be working for some reason. I’m new to this site, is there a trick to it or something I’m missing ?

Easiest way is to probably make a youtube account (free). Then upload the video there and set the video as you wish "private w/ link or public", etc. Then copy the link and paste it as a response to this thread. It will not show up as a video in preview, you will have to submit the post for that to work.
