Hi! I have a 09 Acura TL.My Navi quit working. At the same time, my clock and voice feedback went out. I went through the diagnostic and my "GPS Ant" was red. I just wondering where the GPS antenna is located? Thanks in advance.

 

Its on the dash, behind the navi screen. It could be as easy as the #15 fuse in the engine bay fuse box, causing the anti-theft to kick in, preventing the use of the navi. Also check your battery, low voltage? It may be going bad and the navi is just the first victim!

 

Sorry for the late reply but, I changed the antenna, check the battery voltage, and checked the fuse but still no luck. Thanks for the info anyway. If you know anything else I can try, let me know.

 

Also, I don't know if this have anything to do with it but, I've noticed that it doesn't ask to enter a navi code either.

 

Only thing I could think about is metallic window tinting. A few easy things to do, like disconnect the battery, reconnect and re-enter the anti-theft codes. But, the system saves trouble codes, hard errors etc. There is a way from the menu to download them to a USB key to look at the errors in more detail. Worse case scenario the entire unit has to be replaced.
