2009 3.5 TL Base 3rd Brake Light Not Working

Ok so I am very new to Acura, I JUST bought a 2009 TL Diamond White Pearl with 36xxx miles on it with ebony interior very nice car. Have had it about a week and my wife noticed while driving behind me that the 3rd brake light (led Bar) was not functioning however the brake lights over the led tail lights are working fine. Is this something typical? Yes I probably should have checked it before leaving dealer but i never would suspect something that was Inspected by a certified inspection station to be not functioning properly. Is this common? Could it be a fuse blown? Or could it be something more ominous? Thanks for your help.

Take it to dealer ASAP if that's where you bought, they should fix it. It is possible they missed it.
