Fuel Economy

I've recently replaced plugs and air filter on my 2011 TL with the 3.7. I did not replace the coil packs because I don't think it's necessary at the moment. After replacing those parts..... I'm only getting 10.3 MPG. I would appreciate your guys input what else I could do to increase my fuel Economy. The car has 105k......

Yes, I used NGK laser iridium plugs. What I found interesting though, I pulled out denso plugs. No cracks in the boot. I'm the second owner and when I brought the car it had 70k, so I'm not sure if the timing belt was replaced yet.
