Dirt/Bugs on taillight glass

On one of the rear tailights glass there are bugs/ dirt which are not coming off by applying glass cleaner, any suggestions how to remove it

rubbing alcohol and elbow grease.
try goo gone.

but make sure u dont get it on ur paint. it'll take off the wax.

where can you buy rubbing alcohol , any brand name
