My A/C compressor is not kicking in no matter what options I try, I cannot here
It come on, just getting normal fan/warm air
Coming in.

Any idea what to do or check or why?

Acura charging $200 just to diagnose.

I am not sure about your model, but I heard the relays can go bad, it happened to my other Acura.

 

If your A/C system has a leak and/or low on refrigerant, the compressor will not engage.

 

Also check the fuses if you haven't already.

 

What fuse and where exactly am i looking? Or same with the relay..where?

Should i go to acura for this or any small shop?

 

Generally if it out of warranty I find a good local shop. As was indicated above, low or no refrigerant keeps the compressor from starting. The owners manual has the relay/fuse locations.
