I Have an 2009 Acura TL and my question is that when I turn on the a/c the driver side blows air but the passengers side blows it low when I put it on high it still blows cold air but very low .. what can this problem might be? tried changing the cabin air filter and did not change nothing

Sounds like a blockage to me. Did you check around all the air vents?
