Nothing, although my wife and the acura service tech could hear it. The speaker is installed in the trunk. ny help would be appreciated. TIA, Pat

i would think if the speaker is in the trunk, you can run a external speaker from the trunk to the front of the car..

i think you can just tap the - and + wire that the speaker is connected to and just route it to the front.

do you not have the tech package?

If you don't mind spending more money, get those backup sensor systems with visual indicators, where the number of LED's being lit up mimics the distance the rear bumper is away from foreign objects.

The factory sensors do not have an audible alarm. Perhaps that is why the OP went with aftermarket. If you are audibly challenged, go with the LED light sensor as stated. We have both in my wife's Traverse and she needs all the help (visual + audible alarms) when she is backing up as she's had a few "excursions" over the years.
