AC compressor clutch not engaging

AC compressor clutch not engaging
I have a 2012 TL SH-AWD. I just replaced the AC compressor and the clutch will not engage. Fuses look good. Refrigerant levels also good. What could be me issue? Before i replaced the compressor my AC would kick on for a short time only when the car was cold then blow warm air after about 3-4 minutes of cold air.
