'09 SH-AWD steering rack replacement

So I am 99% sure my steering rack is what's causing my steering wheel knock and stiffness issues right now after replacing everything else on the front end besides the steering shaft.

Can anyone recommend a good tutorial for changing the steering rack on this car? I have found a couple videos on the 3rd gen TLs, but not on a 4th gen with sh-awd. Every video I've found, you're disconnecting power steering fluid lines and moving the pump. With the electric steering rack, there's none of that. Does the sh-awd differ too much to use the 3rd gen tutorial?

Uhh, I really hope I won't have to do this after i had the engine out 3 months ago, today i started getting 33-01 with intermittent power steering failure , Lower FET stuck ON , doesn't look like TBS is covering for that code

Maybe it's a module?
Diagnostics needed

hmm, interesting, it sure could be, it would be way less of a headache to change for sure. I was chatting with one fella on FB that had same problem I have, he said it ended up being rack and pinion. Thanks for the document, I'll have to do this testing next week once I get back home

i did test the motor via harness and resistance test between the poles, it was all showing same values as when touching probes, initially that would mean that the motor is good, I already tried replacing EPS module and it immediately got 33-01 initial diagnosis. After that first issue happened and it was intermittent , my wife kept driving it until one day the steering quit during driving, she couldn't park the car , so I went to take it and drove it back to my garage with completely failed steering, after that time it would no longer clear the error or start working again as it did before. I ordered used rack and pinion now for 150$ from a car with 150k km on it, same donor where i got EPS from , but this procedure seems like major pain in the ass to do. I replaced rack and pinion twice in my career , once on Acura Vigor and once on 2013 Ford Interceptor (Taurus) which had electric one too, the difference is that that time I had shop with the crane available , unlike now. I still wonder if the actual rack and pinion is bad but I don't see anything else
