Nope i'm in the bronx but as i went to yonkers that day i could make it to yonkers again ..bronx aint much more than a 10-15 min ride ..even less in a TL..lol..

Thank's i knew that color would be hot on that car ...my first choice for that car was the Borealis Blue Pearl but i also wanted black interior and i didn't want to go much over the base sticker .also tried to buy the loaner in that color with the black interior but they weren't ready to put it up for sale didn't want to wait until they were..and i had just came out of a white tl didn't want to do that again so i went with a color that i figured i wouldn't see to many people with .. but i knew that color clean with some nice wheels the right tint would set it off ..i'm happy with my decision ...

Nice wheels, but man, you really need to get that rear spoiler that comes on the Tech Package, the TL looks so naked without it!

I have a couple ideas i want to do with the car will talk more about them the closer i get to actually doing them .But i believe the rear spoiler will be the next move before anything else ...

 

Looks good i really like those wheels. If I were you I would add the rear lip spoiler, I think the rear of the TL just does not look quite right with out it.

Well i didn't ask the mod's to change the title for nothing.

So update i have taken off the ron jon's sold them and put back on the stock's. I have also done a couple of other things which i won't mention until i take pics because i don't want to end up with the in my thread.

But i did want some input. I will be getting wheels again i am trying to stay away from DUBS unless i have to get them again so i have opted to look at 18's and 19's also am def tryna go the concave route. So here are a couple of what i am looking at INPUT PLEASE.



The first 2 are 19's the Ron Jon's are 18's .

LOL it def is an option. I am shopping at this point i have a long stretch before i put wheels back on anyway. But am prepared to buy if i run across something that i must have.

 

How come you got rid of the 20's?

 

It just seemed that when i first put them on the car drives the same. Drives smooth then after a month or two pass the ride starts to get more harsh & i feel everything. But then again i was jumping from stock 17's straight to 20's.

I have not ruled out 20's totally yet. Though some might say then why sell the other 20's just to get another pair. It's because i used the money to put towards other things for the car.

Will continue to update as i get pics and continue to mod.

 

Well right now i am waiting to see your new line up of wheels for 2012. I am def looking for 19's i might budge on 20's again not to sure yet though. Def looking for concave but if they are hot wheels they are hot and that won't matter. Oh and most important no where near 4K for the wheels lol.

I have already done the full body kit & spoiler. Still contemplating on a drop. Looking into exhaust also. But one thing at a time.Kit done wheels next that will determine where i go after.

LOL that's why i didn't want to say anything. Since the monsoon season has finally slowed down a bit i will try to get it washed and get some pics taken.

 

I try to keep it clean by washing it weekly but its been raining (at least a drizzle), in NYC a few times a week..

 

i know that's why i have not taken pics yet . I should've the day i picked it up because it wasn't raining that day and the car was clean. But as soon as i can wash it i will take and post pics.
