you should ask him how much does he charge and what is the turn around time.

i dont see why you wouldnt go with tsx-r swap while the headlights are apart.. the projectors are about 40 bucks from TRS.. and all you need to do is space the projector a bit. While the OEM projectors are good, the tsx-r are superior for its price.

btw.. it was an opinion.. dont get so feisty, women do that.. unless you are one.. also im not the first one here on AZ to say that it looks like a camry.. im sure there are several dozen people that have said it since the 4g first came out..
What is he? $3-400. Not a huge investment dollar wise. I'm not mechanically inclined to do a lens swap but if the headlight guy did it for a reasonable price it's sounds like good advice to consider it.

It does have some Camry similarities, that's not mutually exclusive to it looking good.

Its like the TL in general: to some there is an inferiority complex, to others it's profit off of others prejudice. Kind of a glass half full/ half empty kinda thing.

I learned a lot from those guys and it was very helpful, just like this site, do the research, read the insight and you save a lot of time and money. You just have to know who to filter out...

sorry to tell you.. but 300-400 is not reasonable.. i can get a pair of brand new 2012 headlights for 500.. JLC Lighting in el monte does it for $120 and they wont even charge for the lens swap if you bring your own lens.

Love the new wheels and very clean setup in the trunk! You plan on adding anything over the amps like plexiglass to protect them from what you carry in the trunk?

Thank you very much.

No covers; need it to run as cool as possible. The whole audio system has been upgraded to active 3 way front stage. Added another amp, so the trunk has a new look.

Car's DSP is being fine tuned, along with kick panels being molded into the floor boards to house the 7.1" midbass Legatia L6's.

Trunk set up looks awesome, nice job.

Reminds me of back in the days when i was into the whole audio scene.I had a 94 T Bird then that i use to enter shows,it was the second loudest consumer vehicle in T.O. at the time at 235 db,when tuned for SPL.

Car looks fresh man,hey i couldn't help noticing the Zapco sticker on the your back windshield lol. High quality products .

So vivmike has returned huh?

Even though you treat just about everyone on here like shit and you love to ruffle feathers, you do have a nice ride...I'll give you that.

I noticed last night he was back on & I picked that up the Zapco sticker on his back window!

I'm not sure why he feels the need to berate or treat others like shit on forums; I'm from the old school that you wouldn't say something to someone on the net that you wouldn't say face to face.

He has a very nice looking ride, that's for sure. A little cordiality goes a long way.

Cheers,

Nick

Nothing crazy...nice and flush.

Added stiffer Tein springs, to the coilovers, front and rear.

Currently working on the trunk's cooling. Adding more fans to the amps.

Running Hybird Audo Technologies Legatia's L1 r2, L4se, and L6...all in custom panels.

Hi vivmike, I like the red center of the wheels - gives them some color and they look sweet.

I don't know much about car audio.....but your trunk setup looks killer!

My very good friend is going "all out" on this build. Kick panels alone are about 6 hours worth of labor.

New amp added; cover almost complete

The entire floor/doors/trunk/headliner are sound deadened

Just waiting on my floor mats to get back from shop. Should be all done and tuned next week.

Almost got a BBK, but this alot more fun.

Are you exaggerating? I was considering laying dynamat throughout my interior and trunk but had no idea it adds that much weight.

i think he is exaggerating.. if he got damplifier it is .35 lbs per sq ft.. ..

even at 100 sq ft that should roughly be about the whole interior and trunk.. it should not be 100lbs.. unless hes double layering it..

Trust me...the entire car is covered. floor and truck are tripled.

The whole roof liner, carpet, and seats came out.

I guess you guys have never tried to hand lift 8 of these boxes.
