geez B. You need an intervention? Do you actually have time to go to games? You have been busy.
Nice work. Not what I would choose, but you are skilled. Keep up the good work.

Was talking to lawnpro ![Wink](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Got the final connector today, I removed the pigtails from the stock 09-11 harness and transfered them to the '12 connector.
There are only two areas where the '12 doesn't line up with the 09-11
1) One bolt on the fender liner under the bumper. (zip tie fix)
2) 2 holes on the top molding where the black bracket meets the chassis, don't line up. (zip tie works perfect)

Nexson, your work is superb by far as displayed throughout this thread!
With that said, I hope you are being a 'steward of the environment' when it comes to the disposal of all the VOC's used in your home painting operation, like waste thinners/rags used in cleaning the spray guns, waste paint/contaminated solids disposal etc.?
Broward County states on the link below under 'Sanding or Spray Painting':
http://www.broward.org/EnvironmentAn...s.aspx#sanding
'Businesses and residents are allowed to sand and spray paint outside. However, they are required to take reasonable precautions to contain the dust and paint droplets (a.k.a overspray) generated from sanding and spray painting activities.
A business or person may sand or paint a vehicle outside as long as reasonable precautions are in place to prevent the paint dust or droplets from drifting off of their property or impacting the environment.'
It appears that your innovative paint booth is providing the reasonable precaution needed to contain overspray; however, the fans that you are using to create negative pressure are not explosion proof in the capacity they are being utilized. If you are not very careful and with the proper ppm of VOC in the air during the conduct of spraying, an explosion could result via the electric fan motors.
Furthermore, it would be very prudent, to yourself/family and the residences that surround you, to invest in at least one fire proof storage cabinet to house all of the VOC's you employ to ply your craft. Placement would be optimal at the front of the garage door somewhere where ventilation is best.
The last thing anyone wants to see is horrible accident occur.
Good Luck!

I was reading up on your other fab thread. I cant believe someone was that low to not speak to you personally before deciding to go further with a complaint, but I also understand that a coward would not want to be singled out for there action. Anyone who knows you and your passion for this kind of work would not have went to the county about this. Sorry man

Check out my new ride I really love it is really comfy inside and the leather is really really nice. I feel like the King of the road being so high up but the gas mileage on here is really bad. Hopefully after the third time of my car going to the body shop they can finally get the color right instead of having to blend and blend and blend. It was originally in
for the hood (chips)and blend fenders and now they painted all the way to the front two doors, a pillars and now my rear door on the passenger side this last visit.

Well, I know how much he charges for resprays and it's not what you'd pay in hialeah (think, cheap labor) but for what he ends up doing and his perfectionism...it's a great deal. Plus, it'll probably outlast the OEM paint on the car.
Are they not giving you a hard time about being so detail oriented and making them paint it over and over again, Brian?

i asked couple people near me quotes for a respray and they were like $1000....i was like respray to OEM standards and they were like $4000 LOL....
so am guessing with Brian, you get OEM standards as as given....

Lexus took the car back with no problem, they have been nice but have mentioned many times that the car wont be perfect and that out of the factory they aren't perfect. The reason why I brought it back though was for the color being off on the doors, which does happens to be constant from the factory, so they can't argue that.
The guy says I got an eye for it, I just turn my head to him and smile.

Uh oh...you might end up with a side job there, buddy. ![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'm amazed at what kinda paint job used to impress me and how far I've come in noticing bad work. I swear, at Honda with my buddy...friggin CPO civic...the whole back end had been repainted. The guy didn't want to argue with me but kept saying he couldn't tell in that lighting. GTFO...
