Hey Matt,
Did you ever get an alignment?
I just put s-techs on with the stock 17's and the guys who did my alignment couldn't get the rear camber into specs...
Ridiculously sick car man

No problem, glad to help you out! I havnt put in any tpms sensors yet. I plan on adding them soon but yes you can use the stock sensors. If your using the ones in your current wheels you need some sort of rebuild kit but honestly its probably a wash to just buy them new off ebay.

So I was going to touch up the boomerang thing in the back but decided I would vinyl wrap it then paint it to see if I liked it color matched to the wheels. It was black before.
I cant tell if I like it since I'm so used to seeing it black. Need some fresh eyes, any opinions?

Thanks Brotha!
Lol, thanks man! Very happy with how the tips worked out. Got the looks but no sound, love it.
Thanks! It was good seeing more 4G's starting to bring it! Those new rims look great on your car.
Lol yea, I'm starting to feel that way. I can do engine stuff but anymore to the outside and it will start crossing that line of over done.
Thanks! It would have been great to meet you, hopefully you make it out next time. We starting to aquire a bunch of really nice TL's could always use 1 more!

Thanks Justin, still not sold but yea I do like the contrast. I'm just so use to seeing it black that it looks weird to me now. Maybe a slightly darker silver would look better. I noticed that its not the same color as the beak . Haha knew i should have brought the old lid with me.

If your wheels were black and your front grill was black I would say leave the boomerang black. Since you wheels are dark grey and your grill is as well you should keep the boomerang gray so it flows better plus gives some contrast. Nice seeing your car yesterday and your photo skills are coming along nicely

Thanks man!
Thank you. I know I'm gonna keep it on there for atleast the rest of this week.
Thanks LawnPro, Glad that new car is treating you well !
I think so too. Like I said it looks odd to me since I'm not used to it but its growing on me a bit. Best part is when I get tired of it I can just peel the vinyl off; I think lol. Ive never painted vinyl before.... I guess if i end up deciding to keep I'll peel it off anyways and re-paint it without the vinyl.
I appreciate the input guys, exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks!
Thank you, I used a mix of product to cover the chrome. I used a base coat of plastidip and then I used a coat of carbon metallic paint dupicolor paint. I can remove it anytime since I used the plastidip. Not sure how hard it will be to remove since I painted over it though.
Thanks!
