I just used floss and pulled off the extra glue with my fingers. the car is still pretty new so the badges weren't all that hard to take off. I'll see how it looks tomorrow in some sunlight if I need to wax some excess off. I say go for it! I like the clean look.

I just took it to the body shop today to have the rj grille repainted and the gray part on the trunk painted as well, I'm gonna try to black as much as I can out. I'm getting the straight bar of the rj grille painted cbp also? we'll see how it turns out...I'll try to post pics asap

i love the debadged look, and even more so on these 4Gs as the badges come angled, not level. that really bugs me. this solves the problem perfectly tho.
