What brand did you use? I just ordered a PIAA H11 Extreme Bright set and a set of H3 Sylvania for DRL's. I am still thinking about a set of D2S for the HID's but I am going to wait until I install the DRL's and fogs to see how good or bad they look with the HID's.

I am definately digging yours. Very white and very bright! Can't knock that!! Let me know what brand you used.

dont bother with the DRL's! I swapped out mine for sylvania silverstar ultras but they just ended up the same color as stock.

i used mobile hid for the fogs.

well...that picture I see you changed the fog light; but what about the headlight?
You said you change the headlight and fog light right?
The picture you post only show the stock HID light turned on right~??
You know what I mean?

i changed out the stock HID bulb (4300K) to a high temp HID bulb (5k) for a whiter look w/o sacrificing light output.

Definitely looks nice. I'd be happy to have the 5k's just in the fogs. So there is nothing one can do to 'fix' the DRLs? I can't stand the dingy color.

the front turn signals are double filament bulbs, so just cover the correct connection point on the bottom of the bulbs.

where did you mount the ballasts? how long did it take to do this install? Also i read in another thread that this might have caused your car to stop running?

took me about 45 min for bumper removal and installing the fogs. i mounted it on top of the bumper support.

i highly doubt the fogs caused my car to stop running. the dealer replaced my battery a fuse, so if it goes out again then i will know.

if you look up other threads, some people have them removed and put back on in under an hour.

I was thinking of putting 3000k in the fog lights. After all, they are fog lights...shouldn't they be yellow?

dont you just love how those grooves/cuts in the headlight bezel, make it appear to "almost" look like Audi LED's

i know its getting done ALOT to the 3G TL... some look classy, others look terrible.. but i think if done right, and contoured properly, it would look really classy in the 4G

If you do, check out the Hoen Endurance. You can plainly see the beam they throw under the HIDs, nice, flat & wide. And really YELLOW. Definitely a + for visibility in ugly visibility conditions.

Thanks for the tip. Where I live we have a lot of fog and snow storms so I figured they would come in handy.

Do you have pics anywhere of what your setup looks like? I doubt they're DOT, but I don't think I'd get nailed for yellow fogs. The cops around here are ticket happy about fake HIDs that are blue or purple though.

I'm trying to see all the options for fogs before I make a decision. I'm eager to see Blackura's result as well. I'd also like to see pics of the 5000k Cosmic White Nokya's for fogs.

you will experience big loss of vision esp, in raining condition. I tried 6000K 5000K both, but I finally settled on D2s4300K+ bulb. I wouldnt go no more then 5000K if more bluish color is desired.

i have a question regarding upgrading the fog lights to HID. Do have to replace the 10 amp fuses to 20 amp? do you have to do any additional wiring because of the fuses if you have to change them? Or do you buy a kit, say Kaixen, and plug and play? Any detailed info would be greatly appreciated.

^ My kit included a harness with a relay so i did not have to replace any fuses. Some PnP kits do not have relays, so be sure to ask.
