There are no legit chips for TL's, in any generation. There's no such thing as a $1/HP mod. CAI's/Headers/Exhausts cost hundreds of dollars, and will only give you single digit HP gains, each.

 

Actually CAI can give up to 12 HP right? Either way, yea sounds really shady.

I would rather believe that putting on a SPOON or MUGEN sticker will give extra 10HP as at the end of the day, they don't harm the car in any ways.
