I am really sorry about the delay guys. We are working as fast as possible. I will have the first couple of sets overnighted to me for those that waited the longest.

Yes
When they are ready to ship I will have options on the website for the HFPCs and PCDs. Currently I do not need more payments to keep track of.
They are making the injection molds now. I am getting these done with the I4 PCD/HFPC to try and get these done faster. Since we are not ordering 1T+ of castings it is hard to get priority.
I doubt it. If there is interest I can get one made.

If we choose to go with PCD's and later down the line change our mind and wish to go with HFPC's because of failure to eliminate rasp, would it be possible for us take off the PCD’s, mail them to you and have you cut out the straight pipe section in them and weld in the high flow cats for an additional cost?
I ask because I would like to go with PCDs and test my luck with a long resonator and suppressing rasp. If I couldn’t suppress rasp to a tolerable level it would be nice to know I have the option of being able to still go to HFPCs for the cost of the cats and your labor without having to completely order a new set.

The first 25 sets are in the works, this should cover all the early orders. The next batch will contain ~200 sets.

Yes, but you will be a part of batch 2.
My best estimate would be early next year.
Nope, they are casting the first 25 now. They castings are 1-3 weeks out and the welding will take about a week. Once I have a definite date I will post it.
I will work on updating the list this weekend.
The introductory pricing will be $349 for the PCDs and $549 for the HFPCs. This price will be going up after final production. The casting and tooling for the front lower precat was much higher then anticipated.

Just talked to Richie, and he said that the first 10 sets of these should be coming soon. He has no exact date. I would try to guess but I dont want anyone to get disappointed.
He just moved into a much bigger shop so he is also getting situated with that. The lifts should be up this week.

I think I'm on the fringe of being the first 10, I can't remember. Regardless, hopefully the remaining 15 members on the original preorder won't have to wait long after the first 10 get their set of pcd/hfpc.

It is really difficult for me to come with up with a final price before I get some in my hands. I would estimate 50-75 dollar increase in price.
I could have had these made months ago with welded tube segments. From experience you can't beat castings for strength and longevity. Since our community is smaller it is difficult to get reasonably priced small run stainless castings done.
I am really grateful to have the trust and support of this community.
Thanks for waiting so patiently. I hope to get the first 25 sets out ASAP, they are finishing the grinding of the flat surfaces now.

These were initially developed for the 8th gen Accord V6. There was one prototype set made for concept testing. We gained ~40WHP with PCDs, jpipe and exhaust, on a Accord 6 speed. You can find a lots more details over on my8thgen.com

Do you think the pcd/hfpc will be available in november for the first 25 members who placed a deposit?
