Static on my iTouch ??? Help....

Static on my iTouch ??? Help....
got a tl awd-sh in april, the Ipod usb hook up worked flawless. now about 5 months of perfect sounding music. I am faced with static in all my itunes music? I tried a usb cable and even tried switching I touches... any similar issues and or fixes??
