Remoter Start Keyfob programming
Hi guys,
I have a 2012 TL with remote start and would like an extra key fob to start the car. I saw an ebay seller selling his old remote for 50 bucks. If I purchase that will I be able to program the remote. Does anyone know how I can program. I called the dealer and they wanted 200 bucks to program the remote. He also told me that I need a HDS tester to program the remote. Is this all true. Any ideas how I can program the remote my self with HDS.

I don't have the answer you but will comment on Acura making us use 2 fobs for this... and the size of the remote start fob .. grrrrr.. I guess I need a man purse to carry around both fobs!

Perhaps you'll be able to use the FOB with built in remote start from the 2014 MDX.
