I ordered the 2016 Navi update for my 2012 TL. I received the discs and tried to update. The application updated with no input from me in about 10 minutes and restarted with no further prompts. Popped in the disc again and it ran with the screens shown in the instructions. Got to the enter password prompt and it looks like it needs four groups of four digits. My disc cover only has a label with five digits, four, and then three along with a four digit PID. I cannot even begin to enter the code on the label as that letter is grayed out on the screen. What am I missing? Doesn't make sense to label with codes that don't fit the required fields. Any solutions are appreciated.
