Is there a way to disable to Nav from reading every thing the cursor lands on while the vehicle is in motion? It constantly dims the radio to read what I am already looking at or know where it is at without looking.

Example, right after selecting a number from the phone book it dims the radio and says "Hang Up" because that is the button the cursor is on after selecting the number and it is dailing...
